I got tested for Covid, flu ,strep and I even got an ex ray. She was very thorough.

Mendoza was a saint! She listened and really cared. Made me feel like I wasn't facing this alone and that everything would be done to ensure I got better.

Everyone I saw and talked were very professional, friendly and acknowledge about the problem.

The doctor took about two steps into the room and didn't examine my heel or ankle. She seemed standoffish. I Guess she was having a bad day. The nurse that checked me into the room as well as the X-ray tech were very warm caring and professional.

She was trying to rush me out the door because there was a lot of people in the waiting room. She did no care for me. All she did was come in the room and tell me and my son to go to the ER.

She took the time to talk to me and my son concerning his condition, discussed options, and explain things thoroughly. She was also willing to let me try to make decisions, as I felt necessary.
