I totally feel like they just want to get you out of there way I have never gotten such passive care at any ers or hospitals they just want you out of there way

The provider was very kind, thorough, and responsive to my questions. She did a full exam and explained why she chose the medication she recommended. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from check in, to the nurse, to the provider. The nurse had to do a nose and throat swab and he was phenomenal with my son. Very gentle and accommodating. Thank you!

After I asked about my ear pain the doctor said "there's fluid but no infection " that's concerning since she NEVER looked in my ears. I do t know if she got me mixed up with another patient but I went home with ear pain untreated. It seemed like she was just trying to do the bare minimum so she could move on to another patient. I was not happy.

The only problem I had was with the shot. I ask for the shot to be given to me in my arm. She stated they only do them in the bottom. I felt uncomfortable with that. I dud not want to expose myself I thought we have tge right to choose. I have had the same shot given to me in my arm before so has my son. She stated that they DO NOT give those shots In the arn. So I had to just take the pills and a steroids which will take longer to recover.

She was very rude, no bed side manners. She treated me like I was intruding on her day. Did not explain anything to me. Got the most info for the lady checking me out at the desk.

I was very pleased with the communication with the doctor

She was rushed, inattentive, assumed diagnosis without full assessment or discussion of symptoms or issues. She was not compassionate, attentive, patient, and did not do her job.

Very professional doctor, gave info about care without being asked-she just mentioned how well wounds were healing without signs of infection.

Provider is lacking in bedside manner.

Excellent one on one care.

The provider was very dismissive and spent less than 5 minutes with me.

It's never a great experience to have a medical emergency but I was given the best of care.

Just what I needed on a day that I felt really bad. A thoughtful, caring care provider who listened to me, gave me appropriate tests for the conditions and prescribed what I needed to get better. Thank you.
